One Post app for iPhone and iPad

One Post provides a quick and easy way to post text and photos to Facebook and Twitter at the same time! And well soon be adding support for Google+. One Post also allows you to easily switch between your Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ accounts, all from within the app.
